Notice: SNAP Recipients & Federal Workers affected by the Government Shutdown
MDM is committed to the mandate that God has given us to serve our community. Due to the U.S. Government’s recent shutdown and suspension of SNAP Benefits which are scheduled to go into effect Saturday, November 1, 2025, MDM will require all former SNAP recipients and government employees to show proof of suspended benefits and employment status notice along with a government issued ID to receive FREE food from the Mobile Grocery. SNAP recipients can find this information on the Propel App for EBT, SNAP, and WIC (https://apps.apple.com/…/propel-ebt-snap…/id1112719759).
We ask that those clients who wish to receive this service, find a Mobile Grocery service location near them by clicking here. Upon arrival they should get in a separate line as directed by MDM’s staff and follow instructions accordingly. We will be giving away 50 free food bags per stop.
Clients who have recently lost benefits and jobs may receive service once per week with proof of their suspension and government issued ID.

Fresh Food
Because of the growing number of food deserts, obesity rates, and medical issues remaining at an all time high, MDM is working to fix this by providing fresh food from local farmers and hosting Pop Up Markets in areas without access.
Health & Wellness Services
MDM is working to provide healthcare services via mobile health clinics to those living in communities with limited access. We also offer high-risk behavior prevention training, sexual health and abstinence education, bible study groups, youth sports camps, and more.
